Small and friendly hanko shop. The clerk didn't speak too much English, so it's better if you know some Japanese (but he is super helpful, so you will understand each other eventually). I've got a 6 katakana hanko that can be registered at the ward office and payed 5400 yen. It took him 6 days (but I wasn't in a hurry, so maybe he could do it faster if asked). Overall I was very happy with the service, and the whole experience was very local and absolutely non-touristic.
