ホームページ上では鍵開け6,000円と大きくうたっておきながら実際には10倍以上の請求。更にドアノブ切り落とされただけでドアは開かずじまい。 別業者に来てもらったら「普通、ドアノブ切り落とすだけというのはない」とのこと。 修理に更に費用も発生し最悪な業者でした。

MIWAの50年前から使用している倉庫の鍵の開錠をお願いしました。見積もりで壊さないと開けられないと言われ見積もりで12万円弱と提示され流石に払えないので出張費4,400円払いお断りしました。あまり使わない場所の鍵で前に一度失くした時は他社で15,000円ぐらいだったと記憶しています。

I was charged a little bit less 115,000 Yen. It’s a normal lock of punch hole key. The price to change the whole lock is around 50,000 but since it’s weekend so the apartment staff are not working. But the service to open is more than double the price of unlocking the key. They didn’t really explain to me and take advantage that I don’t speak Japanese. Though I have Japanese person to talk in phone call, they didn’t thoroughly explain to the person in phone call so the person in phone can explain to me. Also they show me agreement which all are in Japanese which I can’t read which I have to sign. I feel like scammed.
